There is Only One Total Solution
Louisville, KY | Lexington, KY
Most commercial buildings run on lighting, HVAC, and controls systems that were designed for a different decade. A Total Solution helps owners and facility managers cut their energy bills, modernize aging equipment, and lock in comfort and code compliance — using upgrades that often pay for themselves out of the savings they generate.
With 30+ years of in-house electrical and lighting expertise, we don't hand the install work to subs and walk away. Our crews engineer the upgrade, install it, and verify the savings. For commercial owners we structure projects with standard estimates or performance-based options like utility rebates, on-bill financing, or Energy-as-a-Service. For federal and government facilities we're also set up to deliver ESPC contracts under SDVOSB authority.
Energy modernization fits every facility — here's where we've done it most.
Multi-tenant offices, corporate suites, and Class A buildings.
Medical office, clinics, and senior-living facility upgrades.
Campus retrofits, classrooms, and university housing.
High-bay lighting, plant HVAC, and process controls.
Retail centers, restaurants, and hotel common-area retrofits.
VA, USACE, National Guard, and state/municipal facility programs.
Four service lines that combine into the right scope for your facility.
LED conversions, daylight harvesting, occupancy sensing, and networked lighting controls. Typical projects deliver 30–50% lighting-energy reduction with 5–10 year payback windows.*
Equipment replacement, controls modernization, and retro-commissioning (RCx) for measurable kWh and BTU reduction. Stacks with lighting for compounded savings.
No-capital options for owners who can't pull from CapEx: utility rebates, on-bill financing, Energy-as-a-Service for commercial, and ESPC for federal & government facilities.
IPMVP-aligned M&V plans, baseline establishment, and annual reporting — so the savings claim isn't a marketing number, it's a documented one.
* Payback windows depend on facility size, hours of operation, utility rates, and the condition of the existing equipment. Smaller facilities — or facilities that already have efficient LED lighting in place — may not be candidates for a payback in this range. We'll tell you up front if your project doesn't pencil out.
Every energy project we run is built around three operational pillars: Smart Funding, Construction-Grade Execution, and Verified Savings. Together, they make the difference between a vendor-pitched ROI and a real one.

Standard estimates, utility rebates, on-bill financing, Energy-as-a-Service for commercial, or ESPC for government — we structure projects to fit your budget cycle.
02
Our own master electricians and lighting techs install the upgrades — not subs we picked off a list. Same crews, same standards, every project.
03
IPMVP-aligned baseline measurement and annual reporting. The savings number on the proposal is the same one we'll prove out a year later.
From first walk-through to verified savings, four phases keep every energy project on track. Each one has a clear deliverable, a clear owner on our team, and a clear hand-off to the next.
Site walk, utility-bill analysis, and equipment inventory. No-cost first conversation.
Scope development, equipment selection, savings modeling, and funding-structure recommendation.
In-house electrical and lighting crews install the upgrade with minimal disruption to operations.
Baseline confirmation, performance verification, and annual M&V reporting through the contract term.
Most energy-services companies are sales organizations that hand the install work to whichever sub bids lowest. We're a contractor that has been installing lighting and electrical systems for 30+ years — and that takes responsibility for the savings number on the proposal.
