After graduating high school, Bob joined the Mississippi Air National Guard, where he served in the 223rd Combat Engineering Unit and completed his service as an E4 Specialist. During his time in the National Guard, Bob sustained a service-related injury, qualifying him as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) contractor. His military experience instilled in him the values of discipline, resilience, and mission-focused leadership that continue to guide his professional career.

Bob earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Liberty University and a Master's degree from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. With 27 years of experience as a business owner in the electrical contracting field, Bob has developed deep expertise in Energy Savings Performance Contracting (ESPC) projects, lighting systems, and complex electrical solutions.

As President, Bob provides strategic oversight, operational leadership, and industry expertise to support the company's growth and long-term success.

Chip Evans serves as Chief Financial Officer of A Total Solution LLC, bringing more than 40 years of combined experience across engineering, construction, and executive finance leadership.

Chip holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and an MBA—a combination that uniquely positions him to bridge technical expertise with strategic financial oversight. He began his career in the engineering field, where he spent eight years developing a strong foundation in project design, analysis, and infrastructure planning.

Following his engineering career, Chip owned and operated a general contracting business for 12 years, gaining firsthand insight into risk management, cash flow control, cost estimation, and the operational realities of running a successful construction enterprise.

For the past 20 years, Chip has served in executive finance roles, leading financial strategy, risk management, forecasting, and organizational growth initiatives. As CFO, he oversees all financial operations, ensuring fiscal responsibility, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability.

Matthew Melton serves as Director of Engineering at A Total Solution LLC, leading the company's engineering initiatives with a strong foundation in technology, systems design, and field execution.

Beej completed his Journeyman Electrical program through the Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC), where he developed a strong technical foundation in electrical systems, safety standards, and code compliance. As Foreman, Beej leads installation crews, coordinates daily jobsite activities, and ensures work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
